Terms of Use

Welcome to CrossClub, published by Tiburon Labs LLC. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CrossClub.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, streaks, or reward points through automated means
• Harass, abuse, or send unwanted challenges to other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($1.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year) auto-renewable plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All puzzles, content, and app design are owned by Tiburon Labs LLC. Daily puzzles are generated by AI and are unique to CrossClub. You may share your puzzle results but may not reproduce or distribute puzzle content.

5. User Content

Your username and display name are visible to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen username does not infringe on others' rights or contain offensive material. We reserve the right to modify or remove inappropriate usernames.

6. Availability

We strive to keep CrossClub available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrossClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiburon Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@tiburonlab.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
